Welcome to Adelanto Medical Clinic & Spectrum Urgent Care. Proudly serving the High Desert community since 1998.
Adelanto Medical Clinic & Spectrum Urgent Care are not free clinics or County clinics. However, we do provide some State and County sponsored programs (like CHDP & SOFP) that may entitle patients to free services.
For those who do not qualify for these services and do not have medical insurance, we provide health care at a considerably lower cost than could be obtained elsewhere.
